In operation since 1991, we service clients throughout the New England area in the electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, marine, medical, and military industries. We also welcome the individual customer requiring a decorative finish for aluminum items of a personal use.

Anodize is an electro-chemical process that actually penetrates and coats the surface of Aluminum. This conversion may include the use of dyes that are sealed into the pores of the aluminum, in a brilliant array of colors. Unlike a painted surface which will peel and wear with time, and Anodized finish is incorporated into the Aluminum surface producing an extremely hard and permanent finish. An eye-appealing, often decorative finish, the Anodize coating has become extremely popular for paint ball guns and automotive restoration. Anodize qualities include:
Chromate Coversion Coating, also referred to as Iridite or Alodine, on an Aluminum surface will provide a thin chemical finish ranging in color from clear to varying iridescent shades of yellow to gold. A relatively inexpensive aluminum finish, Chromate is often used on Aluminum or Aluminum Alloys when the following is required:
Hardcoat Anodize, an electro-chemical application similar to the standard Anodize finish, provides and even harder, more durable Aluminum surface. This finish is often used for Marine applications as it's corrosion resistance, even to salt water, is outstanding. A denser, thicker coating, Hardcoat finishes offer a buildup ranging from .005-.0025 inches. Coating thickness is very closely controlled making this and ideal application for machined Aluminum pieces with high tolerances. Teflon Impregnation is available upon request.
